We are located only 5 km south of the charming town of Ceglie Messapica in the heart of the Itria Valley characterised by its limewashed enchanting towns (Ostuni, Cisternino, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Grottaglie) all within a 20-30 minutes drive and its expanses of olive groves punctuated by trulli houses, the traditional rural structures now converted into cosy homes. 

 If you don't want 'things to do' and are just looking forward to experience some resting and pampering, you can spend your time lounging by the pool, swinging on the hammock and reading under an olive tree surrounded by the relaxing sounds of cicadas - might sound noisy at first but fitting for a holiday. Our swimming pool is 12.5m long and has a bench along one side where to sit and chat, read or freshen up.

It is called the 'garden of Italy' for a reason and it is worth immersing yourself in the culinary culture whether you are a hardcore foodie or just wondering what the fuss is all about. Puglia is the place to go for the tastiest freshest ingredients and some incredible recipies and cooking tips. Ceglie Messapica is the capital of this culinary experience. You will want to make space in your luggage for food, wine and fruits!

Go further and explore historic towns, experience the local traditions and visit beautiful beaches in Puglia and Basilicata and come back home to unwind in the comfort of your own private retreat. Old towns, antiques' markets, sandy beaches, rocky beaches, pottery heaven, cycling tours through the olive groves, we have plenty of recommendations for things to do, trips further away to stunning locations such as Matera, Lecce, Monopoli or the crystal clear waters of Salento, all within 60-90 minutes car drives.

 The coastlines are never too far offering panoramic views, easily accessible beaches and rocky bays where you can dive into the sea. Enjoy kite surfing, swimming and snorkling during the day, and cosy up with a glass of wine and a good book in the evening. ...plenty of things to do here.

 If you are running away from routine and looking for a place to work from home in a remote and relaxed environment this might be the perfect location, you can go for a swim in between meetings and enjoy amazing food whilst delivering those presentations and data analysis. Our home is fitted with super fast internet to cater for today's requirements - we have worked with it and streamed films and sports...and it works.
